Role Overview

Program Manager – Transformation Lead to drive large-scale business and IT transformation initiatives across the organization.

This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of business and technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning business objectives with IT execution while leading complex, enterprise-wide programs.

This is not a traditional business-facing project management role. The individual must bring both strong business acumen and a solid understanding of IT delivery and transformation.

The role will initially focus on building alignment with the business and driving adoption, before transitioning deeper into IT execution and AI-driven initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

•Program Manager with experience leading both business transformation and IT initiatives

• Able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on program execution

• Strong understanding of IT, but not purely technical (not an architect profile)

• Comfortable overseeing IT delivery teams and guiding project managers

• Experienced working in manufacturing environments at scale (aerospace not required)

• Capable of working across multiple domains, including Robotics and Geo-Intelligence

• Skilled at gaining stakeholder buy-in and driving change across the organization

The ideal hire will be someone who can operate as both a business and IT leader. Pure business PMs will not be sufficient.

The successful candidate will oversee three major initiatives at different stages:

1. Project Advantage (Planview)

• Current state: Stable, ongoing

• Timeline: 6 months remaining

• Focus: Oversight, optimization, and governance

2. Siemens PLM Implementation (Critical Program)

• Current state: High-priority / challenged

• Timeline: Initially 6 months, expected to evolve into a multi-year program

• Focus: Strong program leadership, execution, and stabilization

3. AI Transformation Initiatives

• Current state: Emerging and scaling

• Focus: Enterprise AI adoption across business units, including integration with Siemens

• Priority: Strategic, long-term growth driver

AI Transformation Initiatives

• Early but expanding stage of enterprise AI adoption

• Focused on scaling AI across multiple business areas, including integration with Siemens

• Represents a key long-term strategic priority

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, aligning business goals with IT capabilities

• Develop and execute IT transformation roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders

• Oversee the delivery of large-scale system implementations, including PLM and portfolio tools

• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment

• Drive stakeholder engagement and secure buy-in across leadership groups

• Provide oversight and direction to IT project managers and delivery teams

• Support the development and execution of AI-related initiatives
