Job description
Lead Worley's Process Engineering team as a Team Lead, specializing in delivering high-quality engineering and project management expertise. This hands-on role emphasizes team coordination and technical excellence. In this leadership role, you will provide technical oversight for process engineering projects, ensuring they comply with the highest standards and client requirements. Your strong background in Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) and ability to mentor junior engineers will enhance team capabilities and project outcomes. As a key technical interface, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee project engineering scope and deliverables • Coordinate and support engineering teams effectively • Facilitate design reviews and technical meetings • Collaborate to mitigate project execution risks • Promote and ensure adherence to safety practices Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent • P.Eng. designation or active pursuit • In-depth knowledge of SAGD and regulatory compliance • Solid experience in project management • Competence in MS Office and engineering tools Lead engineering excellence and collaborative success at Worley. #J-18808-Ljbffr
