As a member of NAPA’s Auto Parts Division, you will be the go-to expert for customers seeking advice on parts and accessories. This role involves not just facilitating orders but also creating lasting relationships with clients through excellent service. Strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are vital to ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.
