Job description
Embrace a dynamic role as a Title Coordinator in vehicle registrations with a focus on outstanding customer service. Join a fast-paced auction environment and develop your career while helping customers with their vehicle title needs. This part-time position is based in a Registrations & Titles department. You will manage processing Vehicle Titles and Registrations during auction cycles, catering to consignors and buyers alike. Previous customer service experience is required, and you’ll contribute to teamwork and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: • Process registerable assets for auctions • Collaborate with inspectors for VIN verification • Communicate effectively with consignors and sales staff • Track customer requests and proactively report concerns • Resolve issues related to customer accounts Requirements: • In-person customer service experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Ability to learn new technology and software • Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry • Positive attitude in high-pressure situations Become a key player in enhancing customer experiences while managing vehicle registrations for auctions effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
