What will your typical day look like?

As a Project Manager / Account Manager, you will:

  • Support priority audit engagements and account teams by bringing structure, coordination, and discipline to project delivery and client relationship activities.
  • Act as a central coordination point across engagement teams, client service leaders, specialists, account stakeholders, and internal support teams to help drive timely execution, clear communication, and informed decision-making.

This role combines project management execution with account management enablement.

Key responsibilities include:

Project and engagement management

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor audit engagements and account initiatives, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, and risks.
  • Coordinate engagement teams, specialists, component teams, client stakeholders, and internal support teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Support engagement financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue targets, profitability monitoring, billing coordination, and issue escalation.

Account management and relationship enablement

  • Maintain relationship maps, account contacts, meeting trackers, and account activity updates to support relationship development and account planning.
  • Coordinate Voice of Client (VoC) activities, including adding interviews to the HUB, coordinating scheduling with EAs, uploading feedback forms to the HUB, feedback consolidation, and status reporting.
  • Collaborate with client service partners, business partners, service line leaders, engagement leaders, and business development teams to support account strategy and execution.
  • Support pursuit, pipeline, client meeting, quarterly business review, and account forum activities by coordinating materials, actions, timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Support the planning and execution of client-facing workshops, executive briefings, account forums, relationship-building events, and other strategic client engagement activities.

Team coordination and communication

  • Lead team communication, meetings, onboarding, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional coordination to promote alignment and accountability.
  • Manage expectations, clarify ownership, resolve issues, and escalate risks or blockers with clear context and recommendations.

Performance, risk, and operational management

  • Monitor account performance, revenue plans, pipeline reporting, investment tools, client feedback, and independence-related matters.
  • Develop concise reporting, trackers, and analyses that support leadership visibility, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

About the team

This role sits at the intersection of project management, audit engagement delivery, and client account management. You will work with engagement teams, account teams, specialists, business development groups, and client service leaders to support consistent delivery and strong client relationships.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with experience in project management, account management, audit operations, business development, or client service delivery.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Experience supporting account teams, client relationship activities, pursuit development, revenue planning, pipeline management, or business development strategy.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, resource management, financial reporting, and profitability concepts.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with collaboration tools and CRM platforms is an asset.

Qualification considered as an asset:

  • Bilingualism in French and English
