Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Production Support Specialist (Client Connectivity, Payments) (10+ years) to maintain service stability and resolve critical incidents within banking technology
Join a global banking technology environment supporting corporate client connectivity and payment processing. This role ensures reliable and secure production operations by triaging incidents, coordinating recovery efforts, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. You’ll work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams to restore services and prevent recurrence through root cause analysis and operational improvements.
