Customer Service Representative Location: Brampton, Ontario Job Type: Full-time, On-site Salary Range: $49,700 - $60,000 annuallyWe are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales and Customer Service team in Brampton. This role reports directly to the Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager and plays an important part in supporting day-to-day customer service, sales coordination, order fulfillment, and customer , customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, order entry, inside sales support, or manufacturing who enjoys building strong customer relationships and working closely with internal :-Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers-Enter, verify, and process customer orders accurately-Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and delivery updates-Work with purchasing, operations, internal suppliers, and production teams to expedite orders when required-Support stocking programs and coordinate with operations as needed-Provide excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to support and grow customer accounts-Assist and provide backup support to team members when required-Follow all quality-related policies, procedures, and system requirements-Support the sales department and organization with additional duties as requiredQualifications:-1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service, sales support, or order entry environment-Post-secondary education in business, mathematics, quality, or technical training is considered an asset-High school diploma with relevant experience may also be considered-Strong organizational and time management skills-Excellent phone presence, communication skills, and customer service approach-Positive attitude, high energy, and ability to work well in a team environment-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities-Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered an asset-Understanding of measurements, tolerances, basic geometry, drawings, or blueprints is considered an asset-Fluency in French, written and verbal, is considered an assetCompensation and Benefits:The expected salary range for this position is $49,700 to $60,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business , including:-Profit sharing-Health and dental benefits-Health Care Spending Account-Education Assistance Program-Employee Assistance Program-Company events-Floater days-Paid holidays-Shift premiums-Annual safety footwear reimbursement programAbout the Opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and being a key point of contact between customers, sales, operations, purchasing, and production teams.
