What you will be doing:
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and discovery meetings.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for application, infrastructure, and development teams.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, application support teams, vendors, and technical resources.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Develop and maintain business process maps, workflows, functional specifications, use cases, and supporting documentation.
Support enterprise application initiatives, upgrades, and technology transformation projects.
Coordinate activities with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Support testing, validation, implementation, and change management activities as required.
Work collaboratively across multiple business units while supporting operational initiatives and project delivery.
Assist with application support activities and enterprise technology initiatives as needed.
What you must have:
7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Strong business process analysis, process mapping, and business process documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong technical fluency with the ability to bridge business processes, application support, and technical teams.
Experience working across multiple enterprise systems and diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional documentation discipline.
Experience coordinating with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work independently with minimal supervision.
