Job SummaryAs a Client Solutions Specialist, you will act as a key support to the Go-to-Market team, serving as a subject matter expert in the translation process. In this role, you will provide technical guidance on client calls, strategically recommend solutions tailored to client needs, and identify opportunities for growth. You will also ensure timely follow-ups and prioritize strong client relationships through clear communication, problem-solving, and technical expertise.
This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on operational knowledge, enabling you to bridge client needs with our capabilities and deliver measurable business value.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor incoming requests and pending quotes to ensure each step is completed within the time frames of our company policy.
  • Receive and review inbound quote requests and contact clients to gain a better understanding of project scope and requirements.
  • Fully responsible for the life of the “quote”.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure client needs are understood and met.
  • Coordination with the Linguistic Operations team during the pre-sale stage to ensure optimum results throughout the project once approved.
  • Follow up on quotes and client inquiries to demonstrate care, address objections proactively, and increase win rates.
  • Resolve client concerns by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed timelines, ensuring proper closure and satisfaction.
  • Identify product expansion, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and communicate them to the internal/external sales team (directors and managers).
  • Keep track of quote metrics (response times, client satisfaction, etc.) through the use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
  • Help develop proposals and respond to RFPs or RFQs
  • Attend industry events
Qualifications Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in Project Management, ideally within the translation or localization industry.
  • Experience in translations, communications, or SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with middle and senior management in client or partner relationships.
Education
  • College diploma, university degree, or equivalent.
Skills and Competencies
  • Working knowledge and proficiency using a CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Superior organizational skills - able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, manage changing priorities, and work under pressure.
  • Very strong work ethics and interpersonal skills are essential to develop trusted relationships.
  • Organized, analytical, and methodical with strong attention to detail.
  • Process-driven to ensure that the sales cycle is optimized and client retention is maximized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Language Requirements
  • Advanced French proficiency is an asset.
