What will your typical day look like?

Responsible for supporting the execution of Global Tax & Legal technology learning strategic priorities, this role will conceive, develop and deliver digital, live in person and virtual learning solutions across our global network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the creation of learning deliverables from research and ideation through to implementation and maintenance. Specifically, the role holder will be responsible for:
    • Managing the development of and engagement with our GenAI fluency curriculum, including our flagship event during Global Gen AI Fluency Month.
    • Managing the update of Intela learning collateral with each release (Intela is our proprietary Tax & Legal technology platform) and developing learning solutions to support our practitioners to take on business and system roles in Intela
    • Managing the development of our T&L technology curriculum, supporting the development of learning solutions for our tax & legal specific technology platforms and assets.
    • Supporting the development of live, virtual and digital learning programs (technology & technical), where required, across our Global Tax & Legal service line portfolio.
  • Staying up to date on and communicating new technologies and their benefits. Introducing these emerging technologies and adherence to digital strategies, ensuring new approaches are scalable across the Tax and Legal Global network.
  • Building close working relationships with similar global and geography roles across the firm to bring the best of the best to the Tax and Legal practice.

Global Tax & Legal deploys the right team of experts to address the ever-evolving needs of our businesses around the world. Our professionals deliver superior compliance and advisory insights and guidance (local and global) to support our businesses operating in singular or multiple jurisdictions.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the learning and development field, with two to four years of demonstrated experience in managing the development of technology learning solutions
  • Demonstrated familiarity with learning & GenAI technologies, methodologies and tools used to support learning approaches and support day to day productivity
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Creative, innovative thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
  • Consultative approach towards clients
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with professional practice is preferred; experience of working in a tax or legal environment would be an added benefit.
  • Experience working with a global/regional audience including experience designing and delivering learning assets for multicultural audiences is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to support in person programs on occasions, both within and outside of home country

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
