Hourly Rate:
AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $50.25 (2024-2025)
The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.
Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.
These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.
These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:
Nature of Work
Marking team cases, final reports, midtermand presentation.
monitor the group discussion assignment which takes place as an on-line dialogue in Brightspace
respond to student questions in Brightspace, and
Attend / participate in lectures
conduct a 30-minute online "lab" per week to facilitate the group's learning and case-oriented/assignment questions.
Minimum qualifications
Strong understanding of Marketing Strategy
Ability to apply grading rubrics and provide clear, structured feedback
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workload efficiently
Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.0;
Minimum grade of A- in ADM 4322 or its equivalent;
Experience with online course delivery considered an asset
Experience with online videoconferencing environment considered an asset (ex. Microsoft Teams)
Marketing and/or management degress an asset
Comments
Preference will be given to higher grades;
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously been teaching assistants or markers for this course
Preference will be given to candidates enrolled in Telfer programs
Candidates on short list may be interviewed by course professor/coordinator.
Qualified applicants will be required to do a written examination and earn a minimum of 80%.
Please note that the posted hours could be increased due to registration.
Please note, you will be required to have access to a computer, internet, microphone and webcam.
Contract hours may be reallocated among different tasks, which the professor may adjust over the course of the semester.
Must be located in Ottawa for the entire duration of the course (with the exception of official University holidays), including through the grading of the final exam and calculation of final grades by the professor.
