Job description
Drive engineering excellence as a Technical Project Director with Ecosystem. Guide impactful projects from concept to execution, enhancing client satisfaction and team dynamics every day. Ecosystem is on the lookout for a Technical Project Director who can seamlessly integrate engineering and construction disciplines. With a strong foundation in construction project management, you will manage multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring successful outcomes through strategic oversight and team leadership. Your proficiency in technical problem-solving and team mentoring will shape the success stories at Ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure strategic alignment with client expectations in project delivery • Troubleshoot on-site technical challenges with engineering teams • Mentor and support junior engineers to develop their skills • Collaborate with senior directors to manage project budgets • Uphold a high standard for collaboration and team culture Requirements: • Bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering mandatory • 9-12 years managing complex construction projects • Understanding of permits and regulations • Familiarity with energy systems and their implementation • Strong financial judgment for balancing project schedules Shape crucial engineering outcomes and lead in project delivery with Ecosystem. #J-18808-Ljbffr
