Job description
Lead financial operations as the Director of Finance for a respected research-based organization in Prince Edward Island. This strategic role demands robust financial insight and a focus on organizational growth. In this senior leadership position, you will drive budgeting, develop financial models, and support strategic decisions with the CEO. Your expertise will enhance banking relationships, optimize financial reporting, and ensure compliance with regulations, all while supporting the organization's expanding complexity. Key Responsibilities: • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations • Develop and maintain pricing models for services • Support proposal development with revenue projections • Oversee procurement and inventory control • Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors Requirements: • CPA designation and 5 years of finance experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Strong knowledge of audit, tax compliance, and financial analysis • Leadership experience in grant‑funded environments • Strategic decision-making and results-driven mindset Utilize your finance leadership to ensure long-term sustainability and strategic growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
