Job description
Elevate patient care in our multidisciplinary clinic as a Family Physician focusing on preventive and personalized health in Etobicoke, Canada. Deliver high-quality services as part of our dedicated team. Our clinic is seeking a Family Medicine professional to provide comprehensive primary care through our unique health programs. You will engage in essential initial and annual examinations while collaborating closely with a team of health experts. Embrace ongoing training in lifestyle medicine and expand your skills in therapeutic practices. Key Responsibilities: • Provide patient-centered primary care in PHP and VLP • Conduct detailed physical exams and health reviews • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals • Maintain patient communication with Accuro EMR and Medeo • Engage in continuous professional education and training Requirements: • Valid medical degree and license in Ontario • Experience in primary care, focusing on preventive health • Familiarity with Accuro EMR and Medeo is advantageous • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Commitment to further training in lifestyle medicine and BHRT Support transformative health solutions as a Family Physician in our Etobicoke clinic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
