Job description
Shape the future of Gardaworld as the Transformation Strategy Lead based in Montréal, Quebec. This senior role focuses on designing and executing strategies that drive efficiency and organizational growth. You will lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide transformation strategies, partnering with executive teams in the Cash Services area. Your ability to translate strategic goals into measurable initiatives will be crucial. As part of this role, you will oversee large transformation projects and foster cross-departmental alignment to ensure cohesive execution. Key Responsibilities: • Implement transformation strategies that align with company goals • Collaborate with senior leadership on growth opportunities • Develop reports and frameworks for transformation initiatives • Establish governance for large-scale change efforts • Drive continuous improvement and innovation culture Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA preferred • Over 10 years in transformation or consulting roles • Strong experience with senior executives and decision-making • Expertise in change management methodologies • Exceptional communication and leadership skills Drive strategic initiatives and enhance performance with Gardaworld’s transformation strategy team in Montréal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
