You will manage cross-functional work to improve client journeys identify opportunities to enhance the experience and uncover insights from market trends and competitor activity to shape a competitive client-focused portfolio. You will partner with actuarial pricing sales marketing and communications underwriting and ops teams to create best-in-class solutions. You will work in our office in Waterloo ON a minimum of two (2) assigned consecutive days every other week plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. Build rock-solid business cases with market research and maintenance of advisor and underwriting guides policy contracts and related resources.
