Responsibilities
- Interview and assess clients.
- Evaluate risks.

- Respond to emergency situations to ensure client safety and support.
Qualifications
Key qualifications include knowledge of human services policies, practices and procedures, typically gained through a diploma or degree in a human services field or relevant experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, digital and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to assess risk, manage ambiguity and ensure health and safety.
