Job description
Become the Director of Product for North at Cohere, leading strategic initiatives for our AI platform while driving team excellence in a hybrid work setting. Cohere is seeking a seasoned product leader to own and execute the product strategy for North, our innovative AI platform. You will chart the course for product development, ensuring alignment with enterprise needs while cultivating a high-performing team. Your role will bridge collaboration among various functional teams to enhance user engagement and product efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Lead strategy and execution for North's product • Develop strong alignment across engineering and creative teams • Engage enterprise clients to refine product direction • Build and mentor a dynamic product management team • Lead North's technical documentation efforts Requirements: • At least 10 years in product management • More than 5 years in a leadership role • Extensive background in enterprise SaaS • Proven expertise in AI-first products • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities Drive the future of AI in enterprises with Cohere by defining product excellence in North. #J-18808-Ljbffr
