Job Description

We are seeking a skilled framing carpenter to join a new construction project in North Vancouver. The primary focus will be on backframing for a six-story walk-up project.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing tasks on a new construction project
• Assist with backframing on a six-story walk-up
• Collaborate with various sub-trades
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols

Essential Skills

• 5 years of framing experience
• Proficiency in using hand tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable with general labor tasks

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Possession of a car
• Fall Protection certification

Work Environment

The work environment involves a multifamily project in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver. The job includes an eight-hour workday, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours a week, with potential work on Thursdays if required. The site is parking and transit friendly, and you will be reporting to the supervisor while working alongside various sub-trades

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
