We are actively hiring experienced Counterbalance, Order Picker, and Reach Crown Forklift Operators to join our fast-growing logistics and transportation team at a modern, high-volume distribution facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Position: Forklift Operator
Location: 125 Julius Blvd, Halifax, NS B3S 0J5
Start Date: End of August / Beginning of September
Available Shifts (4-Day Work Week)
Sunday to Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM ADT
Sunday to Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM ADT
Wednesday to Saturday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM ADT
Wednesday to Saturday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM ADT

Responsibilities• Operate the Order Picker/reach/CB forklift to perform order picking, put-away, and inventory movement
• Work safely at heights in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while supporting daily logistics operations
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse compliance standards
• Contribute to workflow efficiency and team-based warehouse operations
Qualifications• Proven hands-on experience operating an Order Picker/Counterbalance/Reach forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Valid and current forklift license/certification
• Ability to perform duties while working at heights and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and high performance
