Be a pivotal force at Klick Group as a Senior Marketing Strategy Director, driving B2B marketing operations and integrating creative strategies to enhance brand value. Focus on measurable impact and innovative frameworks. As part of the Klick ecosystem, you will spearhead efforts to connect marketing activities with sales outcomes, requiring over 8 years of B2B marketing experience. This role demands proactive collaboration with teams across Growth, creative, and digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing strategic frameworks to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee B2B campaign strategy from planning to execution • Establish effective CRM and attribution models for lead optimization • Collaborate with Sales on aligning marketing goals with pipeline plans • Create reporting structures to measure marketing effectiveness • Guide teams toward clear priorities and performance results Requirements: • 8 - 12+ years in B2B marketing with substantial accountability • Proven leadership of cross-functional marketing efforts • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce • Experience in dashboard creation and strategic performance analysis • Strong presentation skills for senior stakeholder engagement Enrich Klick's marketing ecosystem by delivering strategic direction and fostering impactful B2B initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
