Job description
Summer Nanny / Teacher Opportunity (Vancouver) – Fun Family, Great Kids & Lots of Adventures! We are looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable nanny to join our family this summer! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for steady summer work three days per week. Bonus: If you are a teacher (or education student) looking for summer work, we'd love to hear from you! We are happy to offer a higher hourly rate for someone who can also provide some educational support and help prepare our children for Grade 3 and Grade 5 using their year-end report cards as a guide. Schedule Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Starting ASAP About Our Family We have two wonderful children (ages 7 and 10) who are active, curious, and love spending time outdoors. We also have a friendly dog and a family farm with lots of animals, so we'd love someone who enjoys both kids and pets! A driver's licence is required, and we have a vehicle available for transporting the kids to activities. My son enjoys golf, and my daughter loves riding her pony, so there are plenty of fun outings throughout the summer. Speaking French would be a huge bonus, as both children attend French Immersion school. We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Kind, warm, and dependable Fun, energetic, and enjoys planning activities Comfortable driving children to activities Happy to prepare healthy, whole-food meals when needed Willing to help keep the home tidy and organized throughout the day A non-smoker Loves children and animals Compensation $22–25/hour for an experienced nanny Higher pay available for a certified teacher or someone with strong educational experience who can provide academic support over the summer.
