Flatbed Dispatcher – Transportation (QC/ON)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Day shift)

To support their growth, we are seeking an experienced FLATBED Dispatcher, a true conductor capable of mastering the Quebec and Ontario routes. Advantages
- Full-time permanent position, day shift 8am to 5pm (flexible) Monday to Friday
- Salary based on experience around 60k-75k

Responsibilities
- Orchestrate actions related to customer requests (Pickup and delivery) across Quebec and Ontario
- Ensure the coordination of appointments with our clients
- Ensure compliance with the different laws
- Work closely with the logistics team and the department director
- Overseeing 20 drivers a day

Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of various transportation softwares
- Experience with QC/Ontario lanes
- Degree in transportation and logistics / supply chain (asset)
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
