Tu aimes analyser les ventes, prévoir les besoins produits et maintenir les bons niveaux de stock ?

Une entreprise canadienne bien établie dans le commerce de détail est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Planificateur(trice) de la demande / Demand Planner pour joindre son équipe située à Mont-Royal, à Montréal. Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable du réapprovisionnement de plusieurs catégories de produits permanents. Tu devras maintenir un niveau de stock adéquat pour chaque article en analysant les ventes, les besoins de réapprovisionnement, les mouvements d’inventaire et les différents flux de marchandises. Le poste implique une collaboration régulière avec les acheteurs, fournisseurs, entrepôts, centres de distribution et autres équipes internes. Tes responsabilités
  • Analyser les ventes, les tendances et les besoins afin de déterminer les quantités à commander pour le réapprovisionnement
  • Planifier et contrôler les niveaux de stock en entrepôt pour les catégories assignées
  • Collaborer avec les acheteurs, fournisseurs, entrepôts et centres de distribution afin d’assurer la disponibilité des produits
  • Superviser la distribution des articles aux magasins selon les données de vente et les priorités opérationnelles
  • Participer à l’amélioration des stratégies de stock de sécurité et à la résolution des enjeux liés à l’inventaire
Profil recherché
  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en planification de la demande, réapprovisionnement, inventaire, allocation, supply chain ou domaine similaire
  • Formation complétée en administration, logistique, opérations, supply chain ou domaine connexe
  • Bonne capacité d’analyse, sens de l’organisation et attention aux détails
  • Aisance avec Excel, les systèmes ERP et les environnements à haut volume de produits
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais requis, vu que la compagnie est présente sur tout le Canada

Would you like to grow in a corporate role within a nationally recognized retail company? A well-established Canadian retail company is currently looking for a Demand Planner to join its team located in Mont-Royal, Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for the replenishment of several all-year product categories. You will maintain appropriate stock levels for each item by analyzing sales, replenishment needs, inventory movements, and the different flows of goods. The position involves regular collaboration with buyers, suppliers, warehouses, distribution centres, and other internal teams. Your responsibilities
  • Analyze sales, trends, and business needs to determine replenishment order quantities
  • Plan and control warehouse stock levels for assigned product categories
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, warehouses, and distribution centres to ensure product availability
  • Oversee the distribution of items to stores based on sales data and operational priorities
  • Contribute to the improvement of safety stock strategies and help resolve inventory-related issues
Profile sought
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in demand planning, replenishment, inventory, allocation, supply chain, or a similar field
  • Completed education in business administration, logistics, operations, supply chain, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Excel, ERP systems, and high-volume product environments
  • Bilingual in French and English, the company is active all around Canada
