Job description
Become the Director of Creative Design at DEPT® and drive emotive digital communications for leading brands like Walmart and eBay. Your leadership will inspire creativity and innovation. In this pivotal role, you will manage the creative direction for client initiatives, striving for excellence and brand alignment. Your expertise will be crucial for mentoring a design team, collaborating with clients, and contributing to new business efforts. This role requires staying abreast of industry trends and applying knowledge to elevate DEPT®'s offerings. Key Responsibilities: • Lead creative execution across a portfolio of client projects • Collaborate with clients to achieve their brand goals • Develop and mentor the design team for high-quality work • Act as a DEPT® ambassador at events and meetings • Drive new business initiatives and enhance client trust Requirements: • Minimum of 7 years in creative leadership roles • Strong creative vision and ability to inspire teams • Excellent communication for client and team interactions • Expertise in design tools, including Figma and Adobe CS • A noteworthy portfolio evidencing leadership in design Support the evolution of creative design and make an impact on leading brand narratives at DEPT®. #J-18808-Ljbffr
