What is the opportunity?Commercial Banking Operations (CBO) is recruiting a Senior Learning Enablement Lead to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs and LMS tools to ensure employee knowledge in processes, policies, and technologies across CB Operations. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders including OPO partners, and CBO leadership teams to develop modular curricula, create evaluation mechanisms, and optimize training delivery through feedback-driven improvements.Address:
