  • Monitor and report on branch performance, including monthly financial and operational reporting
  • Provide support to other branches as required

Instructor Engagement:

  • Manage instructor scheduling to support efficient and effective course delivery

Facilities Management:

  • Maintain a high-quality learning environment by overseeing facility upkeep, including maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs
  • Liaise with external partners (e.g., landlords, service providers) to ensure operational needs are met
  • Identify and recommend facility improvements to PHQ

Volunteer & Community Engagement:

  • Foster relationships with local Brigade, Cadet, and Therapy Dog programs
  • Support volunteer activities as needed
  • Represent SJA BC & Yukon within the community, including events, schools, and local business networks

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Coach, mentor, and support team members in developing their skills, experience, and responsibilities
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
