Effectuer diverses tâches de manutention telles que le rangement, le réapprovisionnement, la sélection, le chargement, le comptage des cycles et d'autres tâches pour soutenir l'opération telle qu'assignée, tout en s'assurant que les objectifs de sécurité, de qualité et de performance sont atteints sur une base quotidienne.

Responsabilités du poste:

• Utiliser l'équipement de manutention pour s'assurer que les marchandises sont placées à l'endroit qui leur a été assigné le plus rapidement possible.

• Sélectionner et charger les commandes tout en vérifiant l'UGS avec le produit et en effectuant toutes les transactions par le biais du processus de radiofréquence.

• Soutenir la fonction de réapprovisionnement de la zone d'expédition dans les lignes de prélèvement.

• Soutenir les opérations dans le cadre des responsabilités liées au comptage des cycles.

• Effectuer les tâches de reprise et de retour des marchandises qui lui sont confiées.

• S'assurer que les produits perdus et les dommages sont traités chaque nuit.

• Vérifier toutes les quantités sur les transactions du système.

• Effectuer les autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

Connaissances et expérience:

• Deux ans et plus d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine concerné.

• Connaissances informatiques, y compris les produits Microsoft Office.

• Certification/autorisation de conducteur de chariot élévateur à fourche requise. Le candidat doit être capable d'utiliser tous les types d'équipements de manutention dans l'établissement.

• Excellente compréhension de la gestion logistique de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et des exigences en matière d'acheminement des transporteurs. Connaissance pratique du programme de sécurité de l'entreprise et des plans de préparation aux situations d'urgence.

• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant verbale qu'écrite.

• Attitude coopérative envers les collègues et les superviseurs.

• Capacité à additionner, soustraire, multiplier et diviser dans toutes les unités de mesure, en utilisant des nombres entiers, des fractions courantes et des décimales. Capacité à faire preuve de bon sens pour exécuter des instructions écrites ou orales détaillées mais peu complexes. Capacité à traiter des problèmes impliquant quelques variables concrètes dans des situations standardisées.

Formation et certification

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent de préférence.

Position Summary:
Completes various material handling functions such as put-away, replenishment, selection, loading, cycle-counting and other duties to support the operation as assigned while ensuring safety, quality and performance goals are achieved on a daily basis.

Position Responsibilities:

• Use material handling equipment to ensure merchandise is placed in its properly assigned location as soon as possible.

• Select and load orders while verifying the SKU with the product and completing all transactions through radio frequency process.

• Support the replenishing function for the shipping area into the pick lines.

• Support Operations with Cycle-Count responsibilities.

• Perform rework and return goods duties as assigned.

• Ensure lost product and damages are processed on a nightly basis.

• Verify all quantities on system transactions.

• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Two plus (2+) years of related work experience.

• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office products.

• Forklift operator certification/authorization required. Must be able to operate all types of material handling equipment in the facility.

• Excellent understanding of supply-chain logistics management and carrier routing requirements. Working knowledge of corporate safety program and emergency preparedness plans.

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

• Cooperative attitude toward co-workers and supervisors.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education and Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
