Great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company! We are currently looking for a painter to fill a permanent full-time position on the evening shift, Monday to Thursday . WHAT WE OFFER A competitive salary that does not stagnate; up to 2 annual raises An evening shift premium of 3$ / hour. The possibility of an annual bonus, based on the company’s performance A stable schedule of 40 hours per week. Working evening shift means having long weekends! The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Four mobile days per year and the possibility to bank overtime A group RRSP plan with an employer contribution of up to 5% Competitive Group Insurance and an Employee Assistance Program Work uniform supplied (clothes, boots, glasses) Pleasant and clean work environment A company that values its people with a very good employee retention rate WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN JOINING THE TEAM Under the supervision of the Fabrication Foreman, paint metal parts before their assembly and after the surface has been adequately prepared to be painted. Touch up paint as necessary. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Verify the specifications of the work order before painting, (color of the part, brand and type of paint) Use the forklift or crane to transport parts to be painted and return them to the drying area Polish, as necessary, in order to smooth surfaces Clean surfaces to be painted with solvent Apply paint with a hand pistol on metal parts of different sizes Touch up pain with brush as necessary ABOUT WULFTEC Wulftec has been established in the beautiful Ayer's Cliff area for 30 years now and the company is continually growing.
