Position: Occupational Health & Safety Advisor Reports to: Director, Operations
We are looking for an Occupational Health & Safety Advisor to join our Operations team! This role is primarily responsible for working with the Operations team to develop, implement, and manage the Occupational Health and Safety programs!

As our Occupational Health and Safety Advisor, you will provide hands-on coaching and training to staff while working towards OSSE certification. This role will be challenging and extremely rewarding for an individual with high standards of integrity, energy level, and self-motivation to tackle pressing OH&S priorities as we continue to expand. You will have the opportunity to continually share your knowledge on sustainability opportunities, provide continuous improvement feedback, and champion safety for a progressive family-owned company!
