Job description
Drive strategic M&A initiatives as Vice President at National’s Investment Banking division. This senior level position offers a platform to showcase your industry expertise and innovation.

As a Vice President, you will oversee M&A transactions across Diversified Industries while partnering with Capital Markets teams to deliver optimal financing solutions. Your role will involve preparing key presentations, conducting extensive research, and mentoring junior staff, ensuring a high standard of advisory service. This is a unique opportunity to influence major transactions and establish your reputation as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and structure M&A and advisory transactions • Prepare client-facing presentations and materials • Supervise development of financial/valuation models • Coordinate detailed company and industry analysis • Provide mentorship and training for Associates and Analysts

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in investment banking or M&A • Degree in finance, economics, or accounting • Established relationships in Diversified Industries • High proficiency in financial modeling • MBA, CPA, or CFA considered an asset
