Job description
  • Content Development: Collaborate across multiple departments to gather essential information and transform it into clear, effective training content.

  • Documentation & Organization: Maintain organized training records and build accessible documentation to support organizational learning.

  • Media Support: Use your technical comfort to record and support the creation of training videos, including setting up basic camera equipment and lighting.

  • Process Improvement: Stay open to feedback and continuously iterate on your work, ensuring that our training materials remain relevant and impactful.

  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with various teams, taking ownership of your tasks while contributing to a positive, safety-first culture.


What you must have:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, with high confidence in using Microsoft Office 365.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable learning new systems and tools, including an openness to exploring evolving technologies like AI.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between departments to gather information.

  • Initiative: Ability to work independently, stay highly organized, and take full ownership of your tasks.

  • Media Savvy: Comfortable using a camera and understanding basic settings to assist in video creation.

  • Mindset: Demonstrates a safety-first approach to all work and decisions, and maintains an open, receptive attitude toward feedback.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools.

  • Familiarity with AI tools (professional or personal use).

  • Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.


Salary/Rate Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00
