Job description
We are a husband and wife shift workers. We typically work the same shifts. 4 days (2 days, 2nights) on, 5 days off. So every week looks a bit different, but we know our schedule months in advance. Our little girl will be 1 years old in December. She does have a day care she will go to Monday- Friday. On the days we work we will need someone to watch her for the time before daycare opens and for about 2 hours after day care closes (take her to and from daycare) - daycare is less than a 5 min drive from our home. We have 3 dogs in the house, no walking required, but open the door to let them out to the yard for bathroom breaks. They are all very good dogs. No real housework required, just a little picking up after time with baby girl. Meals would be prepped in advanced so simple heating or plating required. When we work weekends, we would be looking for a full day/ or night, as day care is Monday- Friday. Not every weekend, but we may have family to help watch baby, should you want a weekend off. There may be some overnights needed, just depending on if we can or can’t get our shifts switched to day shifts. (If needed, again very simple, we’d already have done bath time, so playing and bedtime) We will have a brand new legal basement suite finished by the fall, so if needing a place to rent that’s always an option so not a full “live -in” Baby girl, is a very loving, happy baby.
