About the Role

At TD SYNNEX, our Solutions Architects play a critical role in bridging technology and business outcomes. As a Solutions Architect I, you will support partners and customers by analyzing business needs and designing tailored technology solutions that drive measurable value.

This is an early-career, growth-focused role where you’ll build technical expertise, deepen vendor knowledge, and gain exposure to pre-sales strategy, solution design, and partner enablement. You’ll collaborate with experienced architects, sales teams, and vendor partners while developing the skills to become a trusted technical advisor.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Solution Design: Assist in developing scalable, cost-effective technology solutions based on customer requirements, business objectives, and existing IT environments
  • Analyze Customer Needs: Review RFI/RFP documents and ask insightful questions to clarify requirements and identify optimal solutions
  • Deliver Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical research, solution sizing, and supporting documentation for proposals and customer engagements
  • Enable Partners & Customers: Deliver technical demos, presentations, and training sessions across multiple technologies and solutions
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales teams, peers, and vendors to develop compelling solution strategies and demo environments
  • Participate in Industry Engagements: Support executive briefings, trade shows, webinars, and technical events to showcase solutions and build brand presence
  • Build Technical Expertise: Pursue vendor certifications and continuously develop knowledge across key technologies and solution areas
  • Develop Trusted Relationships: Establish strong relationships with vendor and reseller partners, becoming a valued technical resource

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT, technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or solution support
  • Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or emerging technologies
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Ability to analyze requirements and contribute to solution design
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced technology environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to vendor technologies or entry-level data center technical certifications (e.g., server, storage, cyber security)
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, demos, or technical presentations
  • Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and solution development
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Hiring Salary Range: $80,000 - $82,800 CAD

Ce que vous ferez

Soutenir la conception de solutions : Participer au développement de solutions technologiques évolutives et rentables en fonction des exigences des clients, des objectifs d’affaires et des environnements TI existants
Analyser les besoins des clients : Examiner les documents RFI/RFP et poser des questions pertinentes afin de clarifier les exigences et identifier les solutions optimales
Fournir un soutien en prévente : Effectuer des recherches techniques, dimensionner les solutions et fournir la documentation nécessaire pour les propositions et les interactions avec les clients
Soutenir les partenaires et les clients : Offrir des démonstrations techniques, des présentations et des formations sur diverses technologies et solutions
Collaborer de façon transversale : Travailler avec les équipes de ventes, les collègues et les fournisseurs afin de développer des stratégies de solutions et des environnements de démonstration convaincants
Participer aux activités de l’industrie : Soutenir des séances d’information exécutives, salons commerciaux, webinaires et événements techniques afin de promouvoir les solutions et renforcer la présence de la marque
Développer l’expertise technique : Obtenir des certifications fournisseurs et développer continuellement ses connaissances des technologies clés et des domaines de solutions
Développer des relations de confiance : Établir des relations solides avec les partenaires fournisseurs et revendeurs en devenant une ressource technique reconnue

Ce que nous recherchons

Qualifications requises

  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en TI, ventes techniques, ingénierie de prévente ou soutien aux solutions
  • Compréhension de base de l’infrastructure TI, du cloud ou des technologies émergentes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, notamment la capacité à présenter clairement des concepts techniques à des publics variés
  • Capacité d’analyser les exigences et de contribuer à la conception de solutions
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités
  • Volonté d’apprendre, de s’adapter et d’évoluer dans un environnement technologique dynamique

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Expérience avec des technologies fournisseurs ou certifications techniques de niveau débutant (ex. : infonuagique, réseautique, sécurité)
  • Expérience en soutien aux activités de prévente, démonstrations ou présentations techniques

Rémunération

La rémunération annuelle offerte sera basée sur plusieurs facteurs, notamment l’emplacement géographique, l’expérience professionnelle, la formation ainsi que les compétences et réalisations, et sera déterminée d’un commun accord au moment de l’offre.

Échelle salariale à l’embauche : 80 000 $ à 82 800 $ CAD
