Job description
Drive HR excellence as a Senior HR Manager for Distribution Centres in Ontario. This hybrid position is key in supporting extensive teams with strategic HR solutions.

You will serve as the Human Resources Business Partner at the Toronto Distribution Centre. With more than 5 years of HR experience, your responsibilities will include overseeing payroll, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Excellent communication and strong analytical skills will propel success in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement HR strategy aligned with business goals • Manage employee grievances and compliance issues • Support performance management initiatives • Ensure accurate payroll for 1,300 employees • Lead customer service standards for the HR team

Requirements: • University degree with 5+ years of HR experience • Knowledge of retail and warehousing operations • Proficiency with HR systems, preferably SAP • Strong interpersonal skills at all organizational levels • Understanding of collective agreements and union dynamics
