Recruitment Coordinator (Onsite – Coquitlam, BC)
We’re partnering with a well-established, BC-based organization in the transportation and logistics space to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to support full-cycle hiring during an upcoming maternity leave.
This is an on-site role best suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants exposure across the full recruitment lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support full-cycle recruitment for operational and support roles (drivers, warehouse, trades, admin)
- Create and post job ads across multiple platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone pre-screens
- Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking using Excel and internal tools (no ATS)
- Support onboarding and new-hire orientation activities
- Prepare offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding checklists
- Assist with basic HR administration and occasional Health & Safety initiatives
- Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR coordinationExposure to blue-collar hiring (trades, logistics, warehouse, labour, drivers)Highly organized and comfortable managing candidates without an ATSStrong Excel and administrative skillsClear, professional communication (written and verbal)Comfortable working onsite, full-time in CoquitlamNice to Have

Salary : $56,000–$64,000 (no bonus)Location : 100% onsite – Coquitlam, BCTerm : 18-month contract to start with an opportunity to convert to FTStart : ASAP
