Job description

Position Summary

: This course provides an examination of historical and contemporary contexts of education including various philosophical perspectives, and political, social, and legal aspects of the Ontario education system. Central to the course is developing an understanding of the ethical and professional standards that govern teachers' professional work in Ontario.

Successful candidate will work with the course lead and/or team in order to provide consistency across sections.

Qualifications – Required Academic Degree: Master’s degree in Education; Bachelor of Education and/or K – 10 Teaching Certification; Teaching experience in educational contexts at the K-10 level with expertise in the Ontario education system.
