Job description
Join Mercor as a remote Equity-Focused Hedge Fund Analyst, earning $200/hour on a contract basis. Enhance finance through your expertise in AI-driven methods.

Mercor, a leader in connecting talent with AI labs, seeks a Hedge Fund Expert for a minimum four-week engagement. This role requires at least two years of experience in top hedge funds. Your responsibilities will include evaluating hedge fund strategies, conducting market analyses, and analyzing investment research to fine-tune AI models.

Key Responsibilities: • Assess hedge fund strategies to improve AI training • Review and develop financial models for insights • Perform market sizing and TAM analysis effectively • Analyze investment summaries for AI model support • Predict earnings for refining AI model outputs

Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a top hedge fund • Proficiency in financial modeling and TAM analysis • Strong independent work ethic • Excellent analytical skills • Commitment of over 10 hours weekly
