Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Safely maneuver, stack, and retrieve heavy stock with total accuracy.
Shipping & Receiving: Rapidly load and unload trailers in a high-volume dock environment.
Order Fulfillment: Ensure seamless workflow through efficient order picking and stock replenishment.
Maintenance: Perform daily machinery inspections to maximize equipment uptime.
Safety: Strictly adhere to all facility protocols to maintain a zero-hazard workspace.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the floor team to hit daily distribution and output goals.

Qualifications
License: Active certification for Counterbalance, Dock Stocker, Reach, or Walkie.
Safety: Proven track record of safe operation in high-traffic industrial environments.
Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and professional dependability.
Physical Demands: Able to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Commitment: Available for a consistent, full-time schedule in Burlington.
