Our client is a reputable Mechanical Contractor based in New Westminster specializing exclusively in commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects. They deliver a consistent pipeline of work through repeat clients and negotiated projects, including well-known organizations across office, retail, and hospitality sectors. Projects are typically smaller in size but high margin, allowing for a fast-paced and dynamic workflow.

About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. You will be responsible for pricing work, supporting business development efforts, and managing projects through to completion. The role offers a high level of autonomy and is best suited to someone who is self-sufficient, motivated, and eager to grow within the business. The position also offers strong exposure to repeat clients and the opportunity to help expand the company’s pipeline through relationships and industry connections.
