Your work environment at EXP
The Facilities Project Manager will assist the Director of Facilities with lead planning, execution, and delivery of facility upgrades, renovations, maintenance programs, and capital projects across our office and laboratory locations. They will manage contractors, coordinate with internal EXP. management, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of safety and quality.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands on, very organized, and proactive.

The base salary range for this role is between $75K to $95K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
