HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Procurement Program Manager to bridge the gap between strategic contract execution and long-term operational success.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key partner to sourcing managers, internal stakeholders, and vendors, helping ensure that the value negotiated during the sourcing process is successfully implemented and sustained. You’ll focus on procurement program execution by establishing implementation roadmaps, defining performance metrics, documenting processes, and driving alignment across teams to support operational success.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. They are comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity, driving accountability, and improving processes without direct authority.
As a Procurement Program Manager, you'll:- Partner with sourcing managers and business stakeholders to establish implementation plans, define ownership, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies following contract execution.
- Facilitate the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level metrics to measure vendor and program performance.
- Document procurement and operational workflows to support consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for post-contract operational issues, helping resolve process gaps, workflow challenges, and implementation roadblocks.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and status reports to communicate program health, risks, and progress.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure initiatives remain on track and deliver expected business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, operational efficiency, and vendor engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of procurement lifecycles, statements of work (SOWs), vendor management, or related business processes
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and maintain project momentum without direct authority
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating process documentation, workflows, and operational procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations and reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
- Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, supply chain, vendor management, or business operations functions
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Foster City, CA area.
