Job description
As the Director of Growth Marketing at BWZ, harness your skills to spearhead audience acquisition and optimization initiatives. This role offers the chance to build a growth marketing framework from the ground up, focusing on paid campaigns and impactful experiments. You will take full ownership of the strategies that drive audience acquisition and conversion. Collaborating with departments like Media and RevOps, your mission is to formalize measurement systems and optimize user experiences. You'll design targeted campaigns across various platforms while ensuring that we hit our audience growth and retention goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the paid acquisition strategy across various digital channels • Create and manage referral and partnership programs • Conduct audits to enhance onboarding processes • Develop a robust A/B testing framework and share insights • Set up tracking systems for acquisition and conversion analytics Requirements: • Proven success in growth marketing and paid media • Hands-on expertise in managing paid campaigns directly • Strong skills in conversion optimization and A/B testing • Knowledge of CRM and audience data platforms • Proven ability to set up metrics and dashboards Shape BWZ’s future by driving growth strategies and fostering a data-driven culture across the marketing team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
