Support end-to-end delivery of the integrated Opportunity to Engagement (O2E) solution, turning the strategic objectives of the Business Integration Services (BIS) team into trusted, high-quality execution to enable Deloitte Canada’s business.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant within the BIS team, you will play a critical role in enabling predictable delivery across O2E products and integrations, as well as strong adoption of Summit. You will work closely with the Product Leader and Delivery Lead to translate business needs, technical requirements, and integration considerations into clear functional requirements that support the prioritized product strategy.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology to ensure functional clarity, coordinate across complex dependencies, and support high quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as product management support and subject matter advisor for Summit and O2E Integrations, building deep knowledge of the end-to-end solution
  • Lead requirements gathering across multiple stakeholder groups, design decision documentation, process mapping, and functional solution design for Summit and O2E Integrations
  • Translate business needs into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support backlog grooming and prioritization by identifying cross-platform impacts, dependencies, and implementation considerations
  • Track and report on delivery health against KPIs (e.g., backlog, defects, cycle time) to identify issues or areas for improvement
  • Support adherence to the BIS intake process, leading documentation and decision-making to completeness
  • Partner with the Global Transformation Office (GTO) and Global Technology teams to workshop requirements and coordinate with local technology (DTCA) on technical impacts or design
  • Support adoption analytics reporting, identifying insights from patterns or changes in measured metrics data
  • Support user research and insights gathering, translating feedback into actionable improvements and cross-platform requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to validate scenarios, support UAT, and triage defects through resolution
  • Provide functional guidance to production support teams, support operational issue analysis and resolution, and contribute to release readiness
  • Support production release notes to keep business stakeholders informed changes and improvements for O2E and Summit
  • Support updates to user guides and support materials as the experience, solution, or underlying processes evolve

About the team

Business Integration Services (BIS) work closely with leadership across internal stakeholders to optimize and advance Opportunity to Engagement (O2E) solutions and support delivery. This close collaboration is essential to enable strong end to end solutions and drive effective execution across the interconnected capabilities.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these required skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Lead, or Product Manager in an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
  • Experience translating complex requirements into structured functional designs
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and stakeholder groups simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to work effectively in matrixed and global environments
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and user experience

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with professional services or large-scale enterprise environments
  • Experience in QA testing coordination or release support activities
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies
  • PMP certification
