We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

The Product Technical Solutions team is within the Product Integrity and Quality function of Supply Chain. From here, we deliver technical solutions to mitigate product and process integrity risks by designing our performance standards, laboratory testing, on-body testing, and providing technical expertise and advisory services.

The Product Experience Testing team defines, governs, and executes on-body product experience testing standards and programs, in-field, for all markets. Leverage historical data sets and insights to design the survey.
  • Execute mainline wear tests. Overseeing generation of insights that predict product ratings to influence future product creation and inform major launches
  • Support team on analysis and report on wear test results to identify patterns across product categories, translating insights into actionable recommendations aligned with Voice of Guest feedback .
