Job description
CUPE 1165-II (Custodial/Maintenance) 1.0 Temporary Custodian Effective Imediately Open to Casuals Location: Parry Sound High School Qualifications:Secondary School Graduation DiplomaPrevious experience in building and grounds maintenance Responsibilities:Perform duties and responsibilities on a day-to-day basis, as assigned, to ensure a clean, safe and healthy environment. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: grounds maintenance, waste removal, dust control, glass and mirror cleaning, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, stripping and refinishing of floors, replenishing and maintaining an inventory of custodial supplies, sterilizing and sanitizing fixtures and surfaces. Other related duties as may be assigned by the Facilities Services Supervisor, Lead Custodian, Principal, and/or Designate. Hours of Work: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Rate of Pay: $26.47 per hour All applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada The Near North District School Board is committed to supporting an inclusive and accessible environment.
