We are currently recruiting for a Mi-Jack Operator. The successful candidate will be required to be a team player and to safely operate the Mi-Jack gantry crane.
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and flexibility with schedules are required to achieve operational goals.
The successful candidates will also: - Work in a safety sensitive environment - Be a self-starter and work with minimum supervision - Be reliable, punctual, and take pride and ownership of their work - Be detail-oriented and organized - Able to read and understand construction drawings competently - Organize and set up complex lifts according to safety and operational requirements (e.g., rigging, etc.) - Be a safe and competent overhead crane operator and must possess OH crane license - Be willing and able to teach others on the safe execution/operation of lifts - Able to lift up 50 lbs.
