Overview
Seeking a contamination control expert with deep experience in cleanroom operations, disinfection programs, environmental control strategies, and GMP cleaning validation.
Key Responsibilities
Contamination Control Assessment
Conduct gap assessments of current contamination control and cleaning programs.
Evaluate cleanroom cleaning and disinfection practices against GMP requirements and industry best practices.
Assess environmental monitoring and contamination control strategies.
Cleaning & Disinfection Program Improvements
Review and revise cleaning procedures for classified and controlled manufacturing areas.
Evaluate disinfectant selection, rotation strategies, residence/contact times, and application methods.
Update disinfectant challenge studies and qualification programs to meet current GMP expectations.
Support implementation of required changes to cleaning validation and routine cleaning programs.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of contamination control experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, sterile manufacturing, or cleanroom environments.
Strong expertise in:
Cleanroom Operations
Cleaning Validation
Disinfection Programs
Environmental Monitoring
Aseptic Processing
GMP Compliance
Experience developing and executing contamination control remediation programs.
Familiarity with Health Canada, FDA, EU GMP Annex 1, and current contamination control expectations.
