SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
Sous la responsabilité du gérant, le menuisier / chef d’équipe en menuiserie supervise et coordonne une équipe d'ouvriers tout en accomplissant des tâches de menuiserie sur des projets de fabrication, d’installation et de conception. Il joue un rôle clé dans l’organisation et la gestion de la menuiserie tout en veillant à la qualité des travaux réalisés, au respect des délais, à la sécurité et à la satisfaction du client. Ce poste combine des responsabilités managériales et techniques.
