Summary
We are hiring a Temporary Warehouse worker to support our warehouse and production operations. This role is ideal for a reliable high school student interested in hands-on work in shipping/receiving, inventory, and manufacturing support. You will work under general supervision and complete a variety of tasks that support day-to-day operations. This is for 6-8 months.
As a Production worker, your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Receive products and components from Incoming Receiving and Inspection, ensuring accuracy
• Place received materials into inventory in accordance with internal processes
• Read work orders and follow written or oral instructions to determine materials/containers to be moved
• Prepare material kits for delivery to the production floor according to internal processes
• Attach tags/labels to materials and mark required information
• Open containers using basic hand tools (box cutter, steel cutters, crowbar, claw hammer, etc.)
• Load and unload materials onto/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves (by hand)
• Move materials between storage and work areas (including the manufacturing floor) using hand truck, electric dolly, forklift, or other devices as trained/authorized
• Provide general support to Incoming Receiving and Planning as needed
• Support, communicate, reinforce, and uphold the mission, values, and culture of the organization

Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in high school (recent graduate)
• High school diploma or GED
